Guys and Dolls is set in the 1950s New York – the downtown side! The police have turned up the heat on gamblers like Nathan Detroit so they are having trouble finding locations for their crap games. Nathan and his cronies need to finda thousand bucks and fast, so he bets the highest player of them all, Sky Masterson, that he cannot take a “doll” of Nathan’s choice to Havana with him. The Save A Soul Mission, led by Segeant Sarah Brown, is out to save sinners among the city’s gamblers, bookies and trouble-makers. Little does Sarah know that she is the doll that Sky’s bet rests on! Alongside Nathan is his long-suffering finance of fourteen years, Miss Adelaide, who is desperate to tie the knot. With gamblers, sinners and evangelicals bumping into each on the streets of New York this story will definitely have twists and turns!
